Josh & Erika
Main Street Bread is something Erika, my mom (Kari) and I have built together from the ground up. I came to bread after years of baking chocolate cookies and cakes with my grandma as a young boy. I spent years learning from my grandma in the kitchen and eventually I became focused on sourdough bread and traditional baking. It started with a lot of trial and error. A lot of burnt loaves and a lot of over-proofed bakes but over time the process became something I began to care deeply about—something worth doing every day and doing well. Erika has been part of it from the beginning. She encouraged those early bakes, shared ideas, and helped shape what this has become. As our family grew, the bakery dream grew alongside it. What started as a simple idea and a few loaves has turned into a shared commitment: to use honest ingredients, build something meaningful for our community and make delicious bread.
